Kevin Dillon was recently in charge of Aldershot Town in npower League Two.

Dillon, a holder of the UEFA Pro Licence is vastly experienced coach, notably with Reading where he served as Youth Team Coach, Reserve Team manager and Under 19 Coach.

He was promoted to First Team Coach in 2001 under Alan Pardew a position in which he would continue under Steve Coppell as Reading gained promotion to the Premier League in 2006.

Waddock was then appointed as manager of Aldershot on November 9, 2009.

After replacing Gary Waddock at the Recreation Ground, Dillon guided the club to the play-offs in 2009/10 after a 6th place finish, where his side narrowly missed out on a place in the final to Rotherham United.

He remained with the club until January 2011.

As a player, Dillon represented Birmingham City, Portsmouth, Newcastle United and Reading. He also earned England Under 21 honours.

Dillon played under managers including Sir Alf Ramsey, Jim Smith, Alan Ball and Mark McGhee.

Kevin was one of the early graduates of the LMA's Certificate in Applied Management at Warwick University.
