UEFA Pro Licensed coach Juan Amoros joined Tottenham Hotspur Women, then known as Spurs Ladies, as Head Coach in 2011.

Working alongside Karen Hills, the pair oversaw our rise through the women’s football league structure, earning two promotions in three years to lead us into the Barclays FA Women’s Super League - the top level of the women’s game - for the first time in 2019.

Among his achievements at Spurs, Juan played a key role in a superb season in 2016/17 in which we won four trophies, earning promotion to the second tier in the process.

Possessing a Masters Degree in Business and Management, Juan has previously coached at different levels in Scotland, the Netherlands, USA and his native Spain.
