David Weir was confirmed as the assistant manager of Rangers on 15 June 2015.  Previous to this he had been the Assistant Manager at Brentford.  He has also managed Sheffield United.

After an illustrious playing career which has included lengthy spells with Everton and Glasgow Rangers, plus 69 caps for Scotland, Weir has recently built a glowing reputation as a coach at Premier League Everton.

David is also a UEFA Pro Licence holder.
