Andy Awford is the Youth Academy and Development Manager at Luton Town.  Prior to this, Andy was manager of Portsmouth FC.

His appointment followed a successful period where he served the Club's caretaker boss.

Awford, a former defender at Pompey, made over 300 appearances for the Club and has held several roles at Fratton Park, including chief scout and reserve-team manager.
