The League Managers Association’s panel, comprising LMA Chairman Howard Wilkinson, Sir Alex Ferguson, Chris Hughton, Rachel Yankey, Les Ferdinand, Clare Tomlinson, Dave Bassett, and Barry Fry has determined that the Utilita Performance of the Week Award should go to Wigan Athletic for their performance against Bolton Wanderers on Saturday the 19th of August.
Wigan Athletic manager, Shaun Maloney, will receive the Utilita Performance of the Week trophy.

Wigan Athletic returned home with the derby bragging rights after a ruthless display secured a hugely impressive 4-0victory away at rivals Bolton Wanderers.
Latics went ahead after just 12 minutes as in-form Charlie Wyke headed us ahead from a Tom Pearce corner for his fourth goal in as many games. 12 minutes later and it was two. Callum Lang's pressing caused havoc and he won the ball high up before shooting at goal. The shot was saved, but only into the path of Stephen Humphreys who was there to calmly tuck the ball into the far corner.
