Match Report
Millwall defeated Sky Bet Championship leaders Leicester City 1-0 at The Den on Tuesday night.
Ryan Longman's stunning hit close to the hour-mark secured a priceless three points in SE16 and kept up Neil Harris' unbeaten record at The Den since returning as Head Coach.
Harris named an unchanged side for the visit of The Foxes, with just one change coming on the substitutes' bench as Tom Bradshaw replaced Allan Campbell.
The Lions had the first effort of the game in the first minute, but Longman nodded George Honeyman's free-kick into the arms of Mads Hermansen. Millwall then continued to start fast and fling crosses into the Leicester box, but they were unable to break through a solid backline.
At the other end, meanwhile, Matija Sarkic had to rush out to deny the visitors before then saving Jamie Vardy's attempt - and with The Foxes knocking it around at will on the edge of Millwall's penalty area leading up to the 20-minute mark, it took a couple of hefty challenges to clear danger and stoke the fire inside the stadium's home ends.
