Match Report

Nicolas Jackson made it ten goals in 12 Premier League London derbies as the Blues beat West Ham United 3-0 this afternoon.

The Senegal international's composed first-half brace means the striker has now scored four goals in five Premier League matches this season.

And Cole Palmer completed another memorable away day for Blues' fans with an expertly-taken third goal early in the second half at the London Stadium.

Enzo Maresca made three alterations to his starting line-up, with Enzo Fernandez returning in midfield in place of Renato Viega, Jadon Sancho coming into the side on the left wing instead of Pedro Neto, and Tosin Adarabioyo was at centre-back, with Axel Disasi dropping out.

As has been the case on several occasions this season, Marc Cucurella moved into a midfield position alongside Moises Caicedo when in possession, with the defence becoming more of a back three, and we would then revert to four at the back when the opposition had the ball.
