The Barclays Women's Championship Manager of the Month panel, comprising of Faye White, Mo Marley MBE, Brent Hills, Jen O'Neill, Alan Curbishley, and Mollie Kmita, has determined that the Barclays Women's Championship Manager of the Month Award should go to Bristol City Manager, Stephen Kirby.
Stephen's team managed to secure three points through a 5-0 victory over Durham to move level on points at the top of the table with Birmingham City entering January.
