LMA INSIGHT SERIES IN ASSOCIATION WITH VIRGIN ATLANTIC
The LMA Institute of Leadership and High Performance delivered the first event of the LMA Insight Series in association with Virgin Atlantic at Kings Place, London. Hosted by René Carayol MBE, leadership guru and broadcaster, the event explored the different roles and responsibilities of leaders guiding their teams to deliver at speed and use change as a catalyst for success.
CEO of The Caffeine Partnership and author of Superfast: Lead at Speed, Sophie Devonshire, kicked off the afternoon with a high-energy presentation on accelerating change, time management and the power of the pause.
Campbell Macpherson, author of The Change Catalyst, was second to present, delivering a compelling talk on leading through change. Campbell focused on how successful organisations overcome complacency and inertia, to achieve success in a changing environment.
The final speaker to take the stage was LMA member and football manager, Stuart Pearce MBE. Stuart explained his leadership journey through his professional career in football, focusing on his leadership roles and lessons learned both as a player and a manager.
